Short version: it is a free radio, use it, do not resell it, and the music is not mine.
Using the site
Desi90 is free for personal, non-commercial listening. No account is needed and no payment is taken. You may link to any page here freely.
The music is not ours
Desi90 hosts no audio files. Every track streams from YouTube through their embedded player, and all recordings, compositions and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders, including the labels and artists credited on each track.
The song lists on this site are editorial: they document which songs are commonly heard in these settings. That documentation is not a claim of ownership over any recording.
Rights holders
If you hold rights to a recording linked here and want it removed, email the address on the contact page with the track and the room it appears in. Links are removed promptly on a good-faith request, without argument.
What you may not do
- Re-publish the site's original artwork or written guides as your own.
- Scrape or mirror the site to run a competing copy of it.
- Attempt to download or redistribute the streamed audio. That is between you and YouTube's terms, and it is not something this site enables.
The original illustrations and written content on Desi90 are the work of the site owner. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.
No warranty
Desi90 is provided as is. Tracks occasionally stop working because an upload was removed on YouTube, and the site may be unavailable at times. There is no guarantee of uptime, and no liability for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the site.
Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics, optional Notix push notifications and YouTube playback. Using Desi90 also means those services' own terms apply. See the privacy policy for what each one does.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
